兴隆菜社 is located at one of the corner admist the hundred plus stalls of local delicacies in chinatown food market. This stall sells nice steamed fish head with hor bean sauce. Their signature dish as displayed at their stall. Cost only $13, very worthwhile. The sauce may be a little salty due to the sour plums but it went well with rice. The fried chicken was a bit like har jeong gai (prawn paste chicken) cooked in plum sauce. It was very nice too. Just two dishes and it will fill your stomach. There are many stalls selling this fish head too. But 兴隆菜社 is the best so far.
