The morning crowd at The Rail Mall was at A-mei Kaya Cafe, subway and the 24 hours noodles stall. The rest of the eateries or restaurants was not crowded at all. The bak cuo mee was nice but slightly tad expensive. The amount of noodles wasn't satisfying.
Laksa @$4.30The laksa was just so-so. I felt it was a little too bland.
One good thing about this noodles stall is it operates 24 hours a day. The Rail Mall is quite a bustling little corner along Upper Bukit Timah Road and not the least deserted which it was a few years ago.
