138 Chee Cheong Fun, the uncle with big containers of chee cheong fun. His stall is easy to spot with the enhanced font size of the numerical number 138. In cantonese, it meant yak sang fatt (literally - whole life prosperous). A rod full of bak changs hung at his stall. 2 types of chee cheong fun, the plain ones and the ones with spring onions. He sells steamed yam cake too. His chee cheong fun was the traditional type. Rice rolls with the black sauce, sesame oil and sesame seeds. I was intrigued by the amount of rice rolls he had at his stall. I wondered will he manage to sell them finish at the end of the day. I had 2 rolls. They weren't exceptionally good. Just average. But his business was quite good.
