All these cakes were from grand hyatt hotel, mezza9. Tried the tiramisu at head start. Tiramisu is my favourite cake. Have heard that the tiramisu is the best seller. Indeed, when I reached mezza9, there was only 1 left. I'm lucky to get 1 to please my taste buds. However, I didn't like it. The mascarpone cheese is too much and the coffee content too little. I am a cheese lover as much as a coffee lover. But due to weight control, cheese is on the cut. Put aside my personal affairs, the tiramisu is not really nice. Compared to da paolo gastronomia's tiramisu, I think DPG won.

I have not tried the others but I hoped they will not be a disappoinment. After all, they are considered to be premium cakes, made from hyatt hotel. One secret to share here. If you visit mezza9 after 9.30pm, all take-aways of cakes will be 50% off! I went at about 10pm and the cakes were selling fast. They were left with a few pieces.
