61. Grand Hyatt - Mezza9 part II



The caramel slice and green tea opera. The caramel slice...I think this name dedicates to the top layer of caramel. It looked a bit like our kueh lapis except that what lied between the layers were nuts and mascarpone cheese. It has coffee in it too. I think it is too nutty. For nut lovers, it will make a good choice.
The green tea opera was delicious. I like the macaron. The cake was not so strong flavoured with green tea. The red bean was not too sweet. Though this combination is always a pair, exceedingly sweetness from red bean and bitterness from green tea made the worst out of them in some of the cakes or desserts that I have tasted. Thumbs up for the green tea opera.
