Ja-jang! Macaroni salad.....My first attempt at it. A success....because it's very easy to make. Just a matter of how well you control the cooking of the macaroni and potatoes. Recommended: Holland potatoes....because they are softer. Yummy~
It's a great salad on gathering occasions~!
