268. Rocky's Pizza

Rocky's Pizza....located at the void deck of a HDB flat, in an estate said to be the next wonderful place for food and chill-out - Sunset Way. 'Picea' (Pizza), the chewy bread savoured by Roman soldiers has now turned into convenience food for everyone.
A see-through kitchen.
A 2-page menu, not many varieties to choose from. Eyes only for their pizzas.
Rocky's Mountain @$32.20 (Large-12")
A choice between Rocky's Mountain and Boston's Special. Both have almost the same ingredients. Pepperoni, green peppers, mushrooms, sausage, chicken and etc. The difference being the later with extra cheese and no greens. Rocky's Mountain waved at me and so shall it be our order.
No regular, no medium. Just large or extra large. 2 persons got to make do with the large pizza. A tad too much for 2 to finish. A vivid recollection of Rocky's that I have eaten at least 10 years ago was their thin and crispy crust. Still very crispy. Triumphed over those 'dial-a-pizza'. Commendable was their generous spread of tomato paste. The pizza was not very well-flavoured despite the chunks of ingredients, I thought. Not that kind with generous servings of MSG like it was for their tomato paste. Slightly pricey for a large pizza.
